Anyone can submit a review through the form on this page. Every submission is moderated before it appears, and we do not remove negative reviews at a provider's request. Reviews marked “verified” are ones where we have been able to corroborate the submitter's home-warranty enrollment. Reviews without that badge are unverified user submissions. See our full review methodology. If we do not have enough reviews for a provider yet, we say so plainly instead of showing placeholder testimonials.
