GetHomeWarrantyPro is an independent comparison and referral service. We do not underwrite, issue, service, adjudicate, or price home warranty contracts. Any contract you enter is solely between you and the home warranty provider. Coverage, exclusions, pricing, service fees, claim approval, and availability are set by the provider and can change at any time.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or insurance advice. Always confirm current terms directly with a provider before enrolling.

The Site links to third-party websites and displays third-party data (prices, ratings, coverage summaries) collected from public sources at the time of review. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Ratings and rankings reflect our editorial view at the time of publication and may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetHomeWarrantyPro and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
